Welcome friend, I’m so glad you’re here!

My vision is to create a safe and supportive environment for us all to keep our bodies moving in healthy ways, and our minds present, calm and at ease at we navigate this new normal we’re all experiencing together. 

These classes are well suited for those that want a slower and more mindful approach to gaining better flexibility, strength, and mobility in their bodies, while dissolving mental stresses and creating space for inner peace and clarity.

Below you will find the class schedule. All classes are LIVE and offered through ZOOM.
ZOOM is a free online video conferencing platform. It’s super easy to use and download onto your computer, tablet or phone.

Please pre-register for class at least 2 hours in advance.
The link to join the class will be in your confirmation email after booking.
Please enter the online class 5 minutes before the start time.
The class ‘door’ will be closed 5 mins after class begins.
After the class ends, you’ll receive an email to access to the replay for 3 days.

Stress & Tension Relief

TUESDAYS
Online via Zoom

11:30am-12:30pm

Take a break mid-day to find relief, physically AND mentally. Staring at a screen, sitting for long periods of time and lack of healthy movement can leave us feeling stiff, sore and stressed. 

This class will help to alleviate strain in the body that builds from excessive sitting, poor posture and inactivity in general. We’ll focus on lengthening, strengthening and stretching the spine to ease tension in the neck and back, as well as bringing healthy movement to our joints in the shoulders, hips and wrists to relieve the discomfort and improve mobility.  We’ll combine breathing techniques that will help reduce stress and the mental fatigue so you can continue your day feeling enlivened & refreshed.

This class is great for beginners & all levels. No experience necessary.

De-Stress, Relax & Restore

THURSDAYS
Online via Zoom

6:00-7:00pm

Balance the fast-paced efforts of your busy week with an opportunity to relieve stress, relax, and restore your energy. We’ll focus on easing into movement and poses that release tension in the stiffest areas like the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, while including breathing techniques to calm and quiet the mind to experience total relaxation.

Many poses are held for several minutes and are encouraged to use the support of props to allow your body and mind to deeply relax with minimal effort. (“yoga props” aren’t a necessity.. many things around the home will work perfectly)

This class is great for beginners & all levels. No experience necessary.

Yoga props are tools we can use to support us in our practice. They can assist us in getting deeper into postures and also help us feel more comfortable and relaxed.
In this class – they’ll help assist us in releasing tension and into deeper relaxation by supporting the body from a more passive approach. I encourage the use of props, but they’re not necessary.

Some examples of yoga props: blocks, bolsters, a strap, blankets, an eye pillow. 
With that being said, there are also great alternatives that you can find around your house that you can equally substitute. 
GET CREATIVE!
No blocks?  Grab 2 thick books (think dictionary size), a small stack of hardcover books.
No Bolster? Grab a thick, dense pillow or two, or just 2-3 blankets and tightly roll them up.
No Blanket? Use a couple thick towels
No Strap?  Grab a scarf, long neck tie or belt.
No eye pillow? Grab a tube sock (preferably clean) and fill it with DRY rice, lentils or flax seeds. Then tie off the end with a rubberband. For an added relaxing bonus, rub a few drops of lavender essential oil on it.

Again, not necessary but they might make your practice feel extra enjoyable.

Morning Slow Flow

SUNDAYS
Online via Zoom

9:00-10:00am

We’ll begin with a warm-up to relax areas holding tension, then move mindfully to stretch & strengthen while focusing on the breath to bring balance between the mind & body. 

We’ll take time in each posture to find healthy alignment and allow our body & mind to settle in. This helps us create balanced strength & flexibility, and also has a powerful calming effect on the nervous system- helping to declutter the mind and make space to feel mentally clear, focused & refreshed.

This class is great for beginners & all levels. No experience necessary. Come as you are – even in your jammies if you want – no one’s judging!

Online Class Pricing

If you plan to purchase a 4 or 8 Class Pack, please do so BEFORE scheduling a class,
so the schedule system doesn’t try to charge you a Drop-in rate as well.
If you’re just booking a Drop-in this step is not necessary.
