A safe and supportive environment for us all to keep our bodies moving in healthy ways, and our minds present, calm and at ease with the convenice of not having to even leave the comfort of your own home.
These classes are well suited for those that want a slower and more mindful approach to gaining better flexibility, strength, and mobility in their bodies, while dissolving mental stresses and creating space for inner peace and clarity.
Move, breathe, and enjoy being outside together. This will be a slow-paced class that’s perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, those that want to relieve stress while gently stretching and strengthening, and for all those that just want to move and feel good for a fresh start to a great day! This class is open to all (yes, even if it’s your first time doing yoga!)
